I’m Corey Friedrich, founder of Friedrich Consumer Services—a company built on the values of Honesty, Integrity, and Transparency. Helping people navigate the complexities of mortgage origination and document notarization isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion.
I was born and raised in Shirley, Massachusetts and now live in Brookline, New Hampshire with my wife, our two young children, and our dog. Professionally, My career spans over 25 years in commercial real estate and construction project management where I have lead major financial and real estate incentives.
My journey into residential mortgage lending began in the early 2000s, during my time in a corporate operations role in Irvine, California. It was the height of the mortgage lending boom, and I quickly immersed myself in the industry—working as a Loan Officer, on the Rate Lock Desk, and later as a Loan Purchase Reconciliation Manager. These roles gave me a comprehensive view of the mortgage process and a strong foundation in client service and financial accuracy, and a deep understanding of the financial and logistical challenges that individuals and families face when making major life decisions.
Fast forward to the present, I still hold a fulltime role in commercial real estate. However, the founding of Friedrich Consumer Services is the culmination of a lifelong dream—to build something meaningful that helps people through some of the most important decisions of their lives. I’m proud to offer services that reflect my commitment to doing things the right way, every time. Also, Earlier this year, I was pleased to expand our offerings by adding Document Notarization Services, allowing us to provide even more value and convenience to our clients.
